Over the weekend in the Bronx, the first session of the 2018 PAL/MAP Games got underway at the Bronx River Community Center. Teams from the MAP developments arrived to play their scheduled games and attend a real interactive workshops. The teams were surprised by a special guest former NBA player Smush Parker made an appearance and watched a few games and spoke to the participants in the workshop sessions as well. The teams that participated were from Patterson Houses, Butler Houses, Wagner Houses, Castle Hill, and the PSA4 team. Session #2 will be on December 1st in Brooklyn at the Van Dyke Community Center.
